Book presentation of herbalist Anthony Cantele
Tuesday 28 August 2018, at the Museo Patrizio Rigoni di Asiago, the herbalist Anthony Cantele be held an interesting meeting about "antique apples of our grandfathers."
The meeting will be the occasion for the presentation of the novel. The expert will present his text, illustrating these different varieties of apples in our area, in an evening really interesting to discover local products and agricultural and culinary tradition of theAsiago plateau.
The text, in fact, in addition to describing 84 antique Apple varieties of Lusiana, also contains a description of the products obtained with the transformation and a traditional Cookbook.
The start of the match is scheduled at 21.00 hours.
