The August 11, 2016, at the Council Chamber of Asiago, held the meeting with the composer and musician Alissa Firsova.
The meeting is organized in the amibito of the event Asiago 2016 Festival, now into its 50th Edition.
The talented musician will meet the public from 10.30 hours.
It will be an interesting opportunity to discover the fascinating world of classical music and, more particularly, of the work of musician and composer.

ALISSA FIRSOVA
Alissa Firsova is a composer, pianist and conductor Russian-English. After winning the BBC Proms/Guardian Young Composer Competition in 2001, he received numerous commissions, including a transcription of Bach for the Proms Festival 2010 which was performed by Andrew Litton leads the BBC Radio 3 live on BBC 2 and RPO. His music has also been performed and taken on tour by Imogen Cooper, Henning Kraggerud, Julius Berger, the Dante Quartet, the Netherlands Blazers Ensemble, by the Seattle Chamber Players, Soloists from the Northwest Sinfonietta, Philharmonia and the Britten Sinfonia. She was recently invited to the Verbier Festival as a composer in residence and its Bergen's Bonfire was performed by Bergen Philharmonic orchestra on the occasion of 250 years.
As a pianist, Alissa gave his debut at the Wigmore Hall in 2009 and appeared at the Dartington festival, Cheltenham, Presteigne, Messiaen of Southbank, Fuerstensaal Classix and Seattle. Has enjoyed the collaboration of artists of the highest caliber such as Stephen Kovacevich, Stephen Isserlis, Dante Quartet, Julius Berger and many others. After completing the postgraduate in conducting at the Royal Academy of Music with Colin Metters, Alissa had its triple debut with the English Chamber Orchestra as pianist, composer and conductor at the Cadogan Hall in 2013. In 2015, he conducted the premiere of his Comrade RCO for Le Soleil de Conques op. 33.
