From Friday 9 to Sunday August 11, 2013, in Piazzetta Gardens to Gal lio, will be held on the Mangiarbuono Market.
It is a display of food products by Athena s.r.l.
This Association has developed the innovative "Mangiarbuono" project for the valorisation of the typical food products of the Italian regions.
This project is divided into several stages, with different communication tools and disseminating, through which we want to achieve the following objectives:
A-identification of a chain of typical food products of superior quality and authenticity;
B-finding particular history, even in its territorial context;
C-creating a profile of producers and description of how production and processing;
D-the promotion and dissemination of agricultural realities with realization of printed and audiovisual media;
E-distribution of products with distribution through the Organization of quality markets in Italian squares and through the use of a dedicated web site.
