"LIGHTS OUT to SHARE the STARS"-meeting of the Astronomical Observatory of Asiago, February 24, 2017
"In your life I hope you at least one blackout in a clear night!"
It is precisely in the spirit of this thought of Mario Rigoni Stern that the February 24, 2017 to Asiago back M'illumino DI MENO.
This is an evening dedicated toobserving the sky, with moments of disclosure on the issue oflight pollution.
It will be a unique opportunity to observe the sky with the naked eye and remotely with the telescope cima Ekar ofAsiago Observatory, as well as to try and figure out together how to reduce energy consumption, so you can return to marvel at a sky studded with stars.
The meeting will begin at 21.00 hours at theAstrophysical Observatory of Pennar.
PROGRAM "M'ILLUMINO DI MENO AT THE ASIAGO OBSERVATORY
- Visit to the telescope Galileo
- Observation of the sky with the naked eye and remotely with telescope cima Ekar *
- Meeting on light pollution
* in case of bad weather the observation will be replaced by the laboratory "the colored stars"
