Walk or guided snow-headed evening with dinner in the shelter

META: Mount Verena - Plateau of the Seven Municipalities (VI)
DESCRIPTION:On this evening excursion accompanied first by vast expanses of larches and fir trees and then of mugo pine, we will reach heights with breathtaking views, made even more magical by the presence of snow. We will finally reach the top of Verena (2015m) to visit the ruins of the Verena Fort in the moonlight.
This structure, on May 24, 1915, sanctioned the entry into the war of Italy with a cannon blast towards the Austro-Hungarian Empire; working as a protagonist in what was called 'The War of the Forts'. One hundred years after that tragic period, not to forget, we visit these places still steeped in pain in the silence that only the night can bring.

Water, wine, coffee
After dinner in the shelter we return following a dirt road that gently leads us back to the cars.
Reservations are required.
DIFFICOLTy: We assign a difficulty 4 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)
CARRY WITH Self: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), possibly a small snack such as dried fruit, front pile, gloves and cap.
