An ancient gesture that is repeated every day. Milking is not just a job: it is an important moment in the daily care of the herd, during which the farmer can closely observe the animals and check their health and well-being.
Crossing meadows and woods lit up by the colors of autumn, we will reach a farm on the Asiago Plateau 7 Municipalities, where we will be able to watch the milking and discover the daily relationship between the farmer, animals and the territory.
And after milking... autumn snack! We will taste some local products immersed in the foliage, between the scent of the forest and the flavors of the mountain.
An experience of nature, animals, traditions and taste, to get to know the Plateau not only by walking, but by experiencing one of the most authentic gestures of its rural culture.

📈DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty 2 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging) The route is a loop and develops between dirt and paved roads with little traffic. The uphill elevation gain is less than 100 m.
🎒TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, sunglasses, hat.
🫰COST: €20 for the guided experience per person. €10 for children under 15 years old and season ticket holders. Participants will be offered a taste of local products.

From there it will be followed by car with your own vehicle and on an asphalt road of about 12 minutes to reach the meeting point.
