Theme dinner with mushrooms of the plateau at the Hotel restaurant Alps of Foza-23 September 2017
Saturday 23 September 2017, at 20.00 hours, the Restaurant Hotel Alpi Foza organizes a special dinner based on mushrooms, on the occasion of the 1° contest "Alla ricerca del fungo porcino", to be held in Foza over the weekend.
In the menu, dishes based on mushrooms and other delicious mushrooms of the plateau, for an evening of tastes of our land and of the tradition.
An opportunity to socialize and rediscover together the unique taste of seasonal products that characterize the mountain cuisine during the autumn.
In addition to the themed dinner over the weekend will be organised many initiatives related to: 1° contest "in search of porcini mushrooms": Mycological, evening with mushroom expert Fabrizio Boccardo, children's workshop, happy hour with dj show, photo contest , and finally, porcini mushroom research race, scheduled for Sunday, 24 September from 9.30.

- Pumpkin flan with pecorino di malga Slapeur and mushroom fondue
- Smoked pork Bacon and truffle
First courses
- Highland porcini soup
- Ravioli sautéed fresh Asiago DOP hay to the tasty butter, mushrooms and polenta mousse
Main course
- Shoulder Braised beef, gnocchi of polenta and variation of fungus "Chanterelle"
Dessert
- Truffles, coffee crumble and vanilla sauce
