Yoga lesson with Giulia Rigoni, certified teacher RYT 500 ORE
Tuesday, August 11, 2020,new appointment with"NATURE YOGA",the practice of yoga with certified teacher Giulia Rigoni.
The practice will take place from 5.30pm to 6.45pm,at Cesuna Park of Legends.
It is suitable for everyone and includes asana (yoga positions), conscious breathing and sensory experiences. The best way to connect with Nature and regain well-being!
EVENT DETAILS
The lesson is suitable for everyone and is guaranteed with a minimum of 4 participants.
Bring mat or blanket.
In case of bad weather it will take place at the Palaciclamino.
