Yoga lesson with Giulia Rigoni, certified teacher RYT 500 ORE
On Tuesday, August 18, 2020,a new practice of"NATURE YOGA"is scheduled with certified teacher Giulia Rigoni.
The practice will take place from 5.30pm to 6.45pm,at Cesuna Park of Legends.
It is suitable for everyone and includes asana (yoga positions), conscious breathing and sensory experiences.
An opportunity to connect with Nature and rediscover well-being, immersed in the beautiful cornica of the Plateau!
EVENT DETAILS
The lesson is suitable for everyone and is guaranteed with a minimum of 4 participants.
Bring mat or blanket.
In case of bad weather it will take place at the Palaciclamino.
