Yoga lesson with Giulia Rigoni, certified teacher RYT 500 ORE
Tuesday, August 4, 2020,at the Park of Legends of Cesuna,new appointment with"NATURE YOGA",the practice of yoga with Giulia Rigoni,certified teacher RYT 500 ORE.
The practice is suitable for everyone and includes asana (yoga positions), conscious breathing and sensory experiences. The best way to connect with Nature!
It will take place from 5.30pm to 6.45pm.
EVENT DETAILS
The lesson is suitable for everyone and is guaranteed with a minimum of 4 participants.
Bring mat or blanket.
In case of bad weather it will take place at the Palaciclamino.
