New year's Eve DINNER MENU 2017 IN VAL ANT:
The Appetizer
- Raw oysters, shrimp and clams
- King Crab with spicy yogurt and wafer kouikeras vapour with squid ink
- Sicilian prawn with Oyster raspberry leaf pastry, caviar, the Asiago and Red clover by Breed
- Cup of suckling pig with Horseradish and Fine de Ratte mashed potatoes onions with orange
The First
- Orzotto at shrimp with butter to Escarole and lemons
- Carmagnola Leek beads along with Vermouth sauce, chopped crispy bacon and fresh sprouts
The Second
- Seared duck breast with butter of Normandy with physalis and trumpets of the dead
Dessert delights
- Creamy milk chocolate with orange mousse and whipped cream to coffee
- Dates with mascarpone
- Seasonal fruit
- Cake craft tradition with Madagascar vanilla cream
At the end of a meal taste good fortune of sausage and lentils
