Traditional new year's Eve in Foza on December 31, 2015
Thursday, December 31, 2015 the Foza Alps Restaurant, in theAsiago plateau, awaits you for a night of celebration and good cuisine: traditional new year's Eve.
For new year's Eve, the restaurant cooks have prepared for you a menu to taste, based on typical local products and not, all rich and treated carefully. At midnight, finally, a toast to greet and welcome the 2016 2015 with panettone and sparkling wine.

Appetizers
- Carpaccio of venison steak
- Gooseberry, Blueberry Sauce and surf at Hay
- Puff pastry basket with polenta, mushroom and Asiago
First courses
- Coffee flavored pasta tortelli filled with pumpkin, with almond and orange
- Pappardelle rustiche chamois sauce
Main courses
- Filet of angus beef, potato and pears with roosti wine sauce
- Zampone and lentils
Dessert
- Soft chocolate heart cake with coffee sauce, milk ice cream
Wines: Bocara of Cavazza, Salbanello of Paladin, Cabernet Sartori, Muscat fiord ' orange.
At midnight on the dot: panettone and sparkling wine.
