Thursday, December 31, 2015, on new year 's Eve the Rifugio Val Ant to top of larch trees welcomes you in a great evening of celebration and entertainment with new year's Eve dinner accompanied by toast at midnight to greet the new year.
The welcome at the refuge providesentrée of welcome: Crudités with scampi, oysters and clams.
The NEW YEAR'S MEAL 2016 IN VAL ANT
• Mini tuna tartare with lime
• Petrossian salmon Mousse with pistachio nuts, chives and parsley Gran Pennar
• Baked Scallops blended with Armagnac
• Black Angus Carpaccio with black truffle and porcini cream of mountain cheeses
• Fish soup with shrimps and prawns scented with Basil
• Truffle Risotto
• Champagne Monkfish with vegetables and toasted almond
• Crisp salad with pomegranate and Green Apple new year's Eve
• Caramelised Pineapple Orange, red flambéed with Gran Marnier
