Tuesday, December 31 to celebrate new year's Eve with the legendary new year's Eve in our sanctuary for an unforgettable party!
Welcome on the snow with Great welcome buffet: scampi, oystersand sea truffles, small finger food and champagne.
And then the delightful new year's Eve menu of Refuge Val Ant:
APPETIZER
• Pumpkin cream with saffron and lobster medallions
• Small brioche with goat cheese and crab meat
• Wild Salmon smoked in refuge
• Mousse di branzino mantecato
• Potato Cake with foie gras and jam of red onion of Tropea
FIRST
• Homemade Ravioli with a filling of duck, ricotta and mountain herbs, dairy butter and chocolate tartufo dei Berici
ACCORDING TO
• Flan of phyllo with prawn tails Provençal
• Veal Tenderloin with stilton sauce at the fence and slivers of bianchetto truffle
• Duchess Potatoes
• Treviso Chicory Braised
DESSERT
Bavarian to exotic fruits with mango confit
MIDNIGHT TOAST
Greeting the arrival of the new year: cheers with Champagne and chocolate Cake and pears with mascarpone sauce.
At one, in order to respect the auspicious tradition, will be served cotechino and lentils.
The dinner will be accompanied by a selection of wines of high quality. Will brighten the day live music with Sonia de la Caridad.
