Observation of the Sun at the Asiago Observatory for the Christmas holidays 2015, 29 and December 30, 2015
During the holiday season, theAsiago Observatory offers an interesting series of meetings dedicated toastronomy, with the aim of teaching and divulging the secrets of this fascinating scientific discipline.
The meeting "observation of the Sun" is organized by day 29 and December 30, 2015, at 14.00 hours.
It will be the perfect opportunity to discover interesting details about the nearest star to our planet — the Sun.
In fine weather, you can see the features of the big star, such as spots and solar prominences; You may also see aninteresting lesson dedicated to the Sun and its secrets.
This will be followed by a visit to the telescope Galileo.
The ticket price is 9 € for adults, 7 € for children under the age of 12 years.
Participants will be provided solar goggles.
