Meeting with observation of the Lunar Eclipse of the century at the Asiago Astrophysical Observatory
On the evening of 27 July 2018 will occur as thelongest Eclipse of the Moon of the century and what better place ofAsiago plateau to see it in all its beauty?
TheAsiago Observatory for the occasion, organizes a special evening with observation to the eyepiece of the total eclipse of the Moon.
You'll end up at the Observatory at 21.00 hours and together with the experts you will wait for the magic moment: the shadow of the Earth will obscure the Moon, who will take a particular Red becoming What is also called "blood moon", the "Moon of blood".
The totalEclipse will be the longest of the century and will last 1 hour and 43 minutes, with a duration of full phenomenon from the entrance to the exit of the moon into the Earth's shadow of 3 hours and 55 minutes.
A must for fans and onlookers, made even more special by the beautiful natural environment of the plateau.

Full price: 10 euros
Reduced: € 5 for children 6-11 years, employees and students UNIPD and OAPD)
For those who will participate in two or more visits, only the first entry will be at full price. We recommend warm clothing and to have a front panel. For groups of 10 people it is possible to agree with the astronomer visiting at other times.
