Oktober Ghel Fest-Beer Festival in gallium, from October 26 to November 4, 2012

Return to Gallio, ' onthe Asiago plateau, the Beer Festival, more commonly known as Oktober Ghel Fest.

The Pro Loco di Gallio has defined the program of the days this year; the festival will take place from Friday October 26 to Sunday October 4, 2012.

The location of the event ', compared to previous years, has changed; for safety reasons and for the optimisation of the management of ' spaces, so the big top will be located at the parking lot of the sports ground, via Ech, along the S.P. 128 of the brotherhood, which connects the Gallium Turcio.

Entertainment, shows, live music, tastings of typical dishes and rivers of beer: these are the fundamental components of ' Oktober Ghel Fest.

The official theme, which characterize the event, will be the brotherhood and the importance of the community as a synergy between people who share the same pleasures and, above all, the get together in happiness.

Therefore, in addition to the sponsorship required of all municipalities of the plateau, we decided to see the "big" so as to incorporate in ' "pleasure island" the Veneto, Italy, Europe and the world.

In this respect were prepared the posters of the Festival in the native languages of our Plateau, the Veneto region and other States.

Given the great success of the last years, the 4 ^ th Edition aims to make major changes:

Prime -LOCATION: event location will vary for safety reasons and for better management of the spaces; so the big top will be placed on the parking lot of the sports ground, Ech, along the S.P. 128 of the brotherhood, which connects the village Turcio Gallium;

Second -dates: The event will take place on the last weekend in October and early November, thus encompassing the Ognissanti bridge;

Third -the beer: After three years with very good beer, brewed from Pedavena, we agreed to try a different type of beer, most "drinkable" and with similar features to a Bavarian Iager. Another feature request for the product selection has been producing in VENETO, as one of the goals of the Pro Loco is the valorization of the territory and of the products that it offers. So, after a long tasting, has opted for the micro brewery veneto SAN GABRIEL is located in Ponte sul Piave (TV) that offers the CLASSIC BLONDE SAN GABRIEL and SAN GABRIEL RED AMBER.

Fourth -the GLASS: given the importance of the event, in order to increase the quality of the tasting was added the missing element, in order to amplify the combination of pleasures: the chance to taste their beer on glass mug!
