DESTINATION: Cima Mandriolo - Asiago Plateau

A path through high-altitude pastures and fir and larch woods takes us to the top of Mount Mandriolo. 

They are enchanted places where in winter cows surrender their kingdom to partridges, alpine hare and many other wild animals of the Alps. 

Once at high altitude, an unforgettable view of Valsugana, the lakes of Levico and Caldonazzo, the Lagorai, and the Alps opens up before our eyes.

A day in the snow and pure immersion in high-altitude nature... to experience a Mountain of Emotions together!

Reservations are mandatory. 

DIFFICULTY: we assign a difficulty of 4 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging)

The route runs through mountain paths and dirt roads. The difference in height is less than 600 m, there are no particularly exposed sections.

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU: waterproof mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate, waterproof jacket, water or hot tea for the duration of the excursion, a small snack such as dried fruit, sunglasses, hat, gloves, PACKED LUNCH and any blanket. 

COST: €25 for the guided excursion per person, €10 for children under 15 and season ticket holders.

Snowshoes and poles can be rented: €10 per person.

MEETING POINT: 9.00 a.m. at the parking lot of the Val Formica Refuge - Località Cima Larici Asiago VI IT, 36012 Altopiano, VI -

We start on foot from the meeting place. 

In the event that there is not enough snow, you will proceed on foot without the aid of snowshoes.
