Opening exhibition "Not by war." Strong Interrupted-Asiago plateau July 19, 2015
On the occasion of the 100th anniversary from the first World War (1914-2014), theeyes open Association in collaboration with the Centre for volunteering and Alberto Salvetti, remembers that tragic event inaugurating the project, "The useless slaughter".
A project sociocultural, as an exhibition, at the Strong Stopped at 17.30.
Reflections and historical-cultural visions that ignite minds already from the title chosen for the project-"l' useless slaughter"-account that Italians wanted to demonstrate its willingness to rescue, after the defeat of Caporetto, despite the brutality that always represents the war.
EYES OPEN ASSOCIATION
Eyes Open to build Justice in Canove di Roana, on theAsiago plateau, and was established in 2008, involving about 30 volunteers, between adults and young people, who are the goal of supporting persons living situations of greater vulnerability, in particular minors. The Association is a characteristic constant networking, which becomes all the more important today, while many institutions are living a moment of profound change.
