Mud and Cognac

The narrated is a minor story, usually you lose that tells us about the attrition of the trenches, alcoholdependence, of death to friendly fire, the desire for desertion but is also a story of friendships, of suffering and of everything that the war, in every time and place clear and crushes without any rights , transforming life in horror.

It recounts a year, a year and a single-sided, theplateau of Asiago, emptied as a map. And on this imaginary map moves the plaintiff, within the boundaries of the forced war life. A few items like companions: canteens, bayonets, a parcel of letters; and the story emerges in tatters, is not linear, it's broken, fragmented, dramatic splinters , funny. The actor the arduous task of being a man, nothing more than a man, because this is the depth of the story, in wrecking the reviews and never forget that under the uniforms, that under the names, nationalities, basically there are only men.
