From Friday 2 to Sunday 4 September 2022, on the occasion of Made in Malga, the Osteria di Montagna "Asiago Bistrot" awaits you in Asiago at Piazza Carli.
Thanks to the exclusive collaboration of the Asiago Cheese Protection Consortium with the prestigious Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe association, which brings together chefs of high gastronomy, a selection of restaurateurs will take turns on the two weekends offering gourmet dishes based on Asiago DOP.
From 2 to 4 September Alberto Basso (Trequarti Restaurant, Val Liona, VI) and Davide Botta (L'Artigliere Restaurant, Isola della Scala, VR) will be in Asiago.
In the following weekend, from 9 to 11 September, it will be the turn of Renato Rizzardi (La Locanda di Piero, Montecchio Precalcino, VI) and Paolo Trippini (Ristorante Trippini Civitello del Lago - Baschi, Terni).
A unique opportunity to experience the event with the five senses and discover the many nuances of taste of Veneto-Trentino excellence in its place of origin.

- Saturday 3 September from 10:30 to 23:30
- Sunday 4 September from 10:30 to 19:00
