Destination: Campomulo - Asiago Plateau 7 Municipalities
We walk through pastures and beech and fir woods to experience the mountains at the most evocative time of the day. The fresh evening air, the colors of the sunset and the wide views of the plateau from the Alps to the Apennines, will accompany our steps in a landscape shaped by nature and its encounter with man.
The guide will tell you anecdotes and curiosities about the rich biodiversity of the area and the history of these places deeply marked by the Great War and experienced by man over the centuries for the precious pastures and connecting roads.
For those who wish, the evening will continue at the Campomulo Refuge with a dinner dedicated to the flavors of the area.
Dinner menu:
- platter of cold cuts and cheeses from the Plateau
- First course to choose between butter and sage dumplings, lasagna with beef sauce or pasta with meat sauce, tomato sauce or white
- water, 1/4 of wine and cover charge included
Reservations are required.
📈DIFFICULTY We assign a difficulty 3 on a scale from 1 (very easy) to 5 (challenging). The route is a ring and develops between dirt roads and mountain paths. The uphill elevation gain is less than 300m. There are no exposed sections.
🎒TO BRING WITH YOU: mountain boots, layered clothing suitable for the mountain climate (long trousers are strongly recommended), waterproof jacket, backpack with water for the duration of the excursion (at least 1 liter), a small snack such as dried fruit, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat.
🫰COST: €15 for the guided excursion per person. €10 for children under 15 and season ticket holders.
COST OF DINNER: € 25 for the above menu to be paid directly on site at the refuge. NB It is not possible to book dinner here.
