Pasta tasting at the refuge Val Ant, "taste of the refuge" Altopiano di Asiago October 17
Saturday 17 October 2015 the Rifugio Val Ant, in the Asiago plateau, awaits you for a dinner theme "Tastings of refuge" dedicated to pasta dishes.
The event is the third round of review autumn food and wine offers refuge with local dishes and seasonal dishes; Depending on the main ingredient of the evening, creative combinations of dishes will delight your palate.
In this regard, i primi piatti del Rifugio Val Ant will be the absolute protagonists of the evening.
On Friday evening, is devoted to traditional seafood menu, available (on request), also on Saturday. Booking is recommended.

Small welcome entrée:
- Homemade Pappardelle with venison sauce
- Potato dumplings with cream cheese, mushrooms and black truffle
- Homemade ravioli with ham and pistachios
- Lasagne al radicchio e gorgonzola gratin in the oven
- Pumpkin and porcini risotto
- Potato and Leek cream
Dessert:
- Hazelnut semifreddo with hot chocolate sauce
Water, wine and coffee.
