Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 July 2023 on the Asiago Plateau Seven Municipalities will take place an important event in commemoration of the fallen of the Great War: the National Pilgrimage to Ortigara.
The annual national pilgrimage is organized in memory and honor of the fallen, missing and maimed of the First World War.

17.00 ASIAGO , Mass at the Piazzale degli Eroi
5.30 pm Surrender of honors to the Labaro of the National Association of the Alpini, departure of the parade in the direction of the Military Memorial. Deposition crown and portrait at the Piazzale degli Eroi, greeting of the Mayor of Asiago Roberto Rigoni Stern and the National President ANA Sabastiano Favero
Sunday, July 9, 2023
- 10:00 am: at Colonna Mozza on Monte Ortigara formation of the line-up, surrender of honors to the Labaro of the National Alpine Association.
- 10:30 am: Holy Mass concelebrated by the Alpine Don Rino Massella, Don Federico Meneghel parish priest of Enego and Father Milan Pregelj, at the end of the intervention of the Authorities, deposition of the Crown at the Colonna Mozza, surrender of honors to the Labaro of the National Alpine Association and deposition of the laurel wreath on the Austro-Hungarian stone.
- 10:30 am: at Monte Lozze, adjacent to the church, Holy Mass for those who cannot climb to the Cippi.
