Have you ever thought about the famous story of Hansel and Gretel from the point of view of the witch? You own the poor witch of hungry children who has devised many tricks to capture its small victims and remains a victim itself of its prey, thrown into the furnace to burn!

Well, in our history of St.treghe there is only one, but three and I'm here to tell us, many years later, beautiful days where there were "dark times and the kids were good to eat." The witches, as everyone well knows, they love to disguise so as not to be recognized by children. Hansel and Gretel, which are two good and intelligent children who have learned from their parents and from books like life, have undergone strong suspicions, but alas have witches by their magic and not only manage to capture those who decide to have lunch, but coinvolgono all those who approach in a terrible confusion of rhymes, rhythms and echoes – why you need to know that the witches speak only in verse – ... and thus the fame of the witches and the easy rhyme there you save more, not even wanting to. But is more powerful than magic or intelligence?You say?

The stage version is a free adaptation from the fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm.

GLOSSA THEATRE COMPANY

Thecultural association "Glossa Theatre" was established in November 1996 as normal continuation and development of a previous activity linked to the Theatre and Culture more generally.
