At your choice a dish for each course
Starters
- Selection of mixed cheeses of the Pennar di Asiago dairy with organic jams
- Beef tartare Km 0 beaten with a knife on bread crouton (on request with Paduan chicken yolk)
- Beef tartare Km 0 beaten with a knife with black truffle slices
- Ricotta and speck roll on sweet gorgonzola fondue
First courses
- Pappardelle with porcini mushrooms collected by Paolo and shavings of old cheese Malga Porta Manazzo
- Homemade tagliolini with venison ragout flavored with the berries of the 40 Campi and slices of black truffle Cimbro
- Risotto Carnaroli al Lagrein riserva with porcini mushrooms, Asiago D.O.P. and crispy sopressa - minimum two people
Second courses
- Sliced Sorana Veneta beef scented with herbs from the garden with baked potatoes and organic Ciardi vegetables
- Pork fillet on D.O.P. pecorino cheese fondue with organic Ciardi vegetable caponatina
- Gulasch stew with polenta and mixed mushrooms from the Plateau
