Appetizer

   Green asparagus centrifuge, marinated beef carpaccio with caviar and fried bread with herbs 

   Alpine ricotta salad with morels, greens and spring shoots

First courses

   Risotto with cumin from the plateau with drops of tasty Asiago cheese and tips of white asparagus

   Homemade lasagnetta au gratin with pumpkin flowers, wild garlic and white rabbit ragout

Second

   Leg of lamb browned with Bassano distillate and juniper with dark purple potato

Dessert

   Easter focaccia accompanied by raspberry cream, Kranebet Rossi di Asiago and Hazelnut cream of Rigoni and Tobacco
