On April 17, 2022, the Val Formica Refuge, on the Asiago Plateau, awaits you for an Easter lunch based on delicious specialties!

The menu includes seasonal aromas and flavors, with an eye to tradition... Discover below the delights that the chefs of the refuge have chosen to make you taste in the special atmosphere of the cozy rooms of the Refuge ... a rich proposal with two appetizers, two first courses, a second choice between two proposals and dessert.

THE EASTER MENU 2022 AT THE VAL FORMICA REFUGE

Starter 

Creamy egg, Bassano broccoli and crispy bacon

Mangalica bacon in confit, potato millefeuille, cabbage and Grün Alpe Pennar

First 

Leek soup with morels and Asiago stravecchio DOP 

Asparagus barley with egg bottarga Biofattoria Bisele

Second course (choice between the following two dishes)

Baked kid with polenta 

Pork turnedos with Sauris lard, rosemary potatoes and grilled green asparagus

Desserts 

Easter dove of the Casa del Dolce Presti with Hazelnut Rigoni di Asiago
