For the occasion, the restaurant's chefs have created a refined menu, which enhances local ingredients and seasonal first fruits, combining tradition and innovation (discover it below). From wild herbs such as watercress and wild garlic, to asparagus and courtyard meat and lamb, each dish tells the soul of Altopiana cuisine with taste and originality.
