Friday, December 2, 2016, at the sala l. Parker of the municipal library of Conco, on theAsiago plateau, will be presented the book "ancient apples of our grandparents' by Antonio Calhoun.
The expert will present his text, illustrating these different varieties of apples in our area, in an evening really interesting to discover the typical products and agricultural and culinary tradition of theAsiago plateau.
The text, in fact, in addition to describing 84 Apple varieties of Lusiana, also contains a description of the products obtained with the transformation and a recipe book .
At the end of the presentation will be followed by a tasting of sweets made with apples and cider.
