Presentation of the book "Riding against the wind!" by Mario Pendants in Asiago Monday, July 29, 2013
Monday, July 29, 2013, Asiago, held one of the numerous events of the exhibition "Aperitif with author".
During the meeting, will be presented the book "Riding against the wind!" by writer Mario Pendants.
The appointment is fixed at the Central Stage, in case of bad weather in the Council Chamber, at 17:30 hours.
THE BOOK "RIDING AGAINST THE WIND!"
As the man, the woman has always wanted in history to reach its limits and exceed them, but compared to humans has always had obstacles: racism, submission, prejudice, tolerance, not shame, ridicule.
This book speaks of strength, courage, determination, will, freedom, dignity, style, emancipation: feelings and events that only a tough sport like cycling sa exalt and ranging beyond the result, victory, sporting record, race or sex.
