NICOLAI LILIN
Nicolai Lilin is a Russian writer, Siberian origin, born in 1980 in Bender, Transnistria (independent State recognized today as the Republic of Moldova, but at that time part of the Soviet Union). Writes in Italian.
Lilin is his pseudonym, chosen in homage to the author's mother, Lilia. In Russian in fact Lilin means "Lilia". His real name, as reported to the registry office is Nicolai Verjbitkii.
In 2003 he moved to the province of Cuneo, where did the tattoo artist, having studied traditional Siberian criminal tattoos for many years and learned the techniques and complex codes that regulate them. Since 2010 she lives and works in Milan.
At Einaudi published the novels Siberian education (2009), translated in seventeen countries, and free fall (2010), both written in Italian. Of 2012 are the breath of the dark and Stories on the skinof the Serpent God's 2014 and 2016 Spy story love story.
