This is a book that invites the reader to walk theAsiago Plateau through 24 paths, discovering mostly unknown places and ancient legends that still preserve the enchantment of the former.

Paola Martello is a writer and illustrator originally from Roana, but lives in Vicenza. From his father Umberto Martello Martalar, author of the Dictionary of the Cimbra Language, he inherited an interest in the traditions of his land. A lover of fantastic mountain stories, he published the book of legends Once Upon a Time... Ista gabest anBotta, the books/game The fairy tale painted in the game of 40 cards – legends and fairy tales of the Plateau and Fabulando with the 56 cards- legends and fairy tales of the Dolomites. He also illustrated several books and participated in competitions and conferences on legends and fairy tales. He has exhibited his paintings in numerous exhibitions.
