Encounter in the series "Aperitif with author", in collaboration with the library reached the point

Wednesday 22 August 2018, at the Council Chamber of the Town Hall of Asiago, there will be the presentation of the book "the flowers in the backyard" with authors Nicholas Caplan and John Ariot.

Theliterary event, organized in collaboration with the Library Giunti Al Punto di Asiago, will begin at 17.30.

Definitely a good opportunity to spend an afternoon, learning many interesting trivia about the spontaneous flora.

THE FLOWERS IN THE BACKYARD

The book accompanies the neophyte to the recognition of the most common flowers, those behind the House, via a Chromakey based on color of the corolla and then through the description of characters that distinguish the plant under consideration from others like it. Each species is described in a card with a series of photos of the most minute details of the plant, significant from the point of view. 2000 photographs inviting, 320 described species. Foreword by Dr. Philip Prosser, curator of the Botanical Museum of Rovereto.
