The event is scheduled at the main stage at 17.30.

THE RETURN OF THE TRIBE

From the Middle East to Europe to the Americas a new phenomenon imposes itself by bringing to the fore new leaders that are a reflection of an ancient mechanism. Tribalism is expressed in the Arab-Muslim world with the decomposition of nation States to effect of uprisings by ethnic-religious matrix. In the West, instead has a Genesis, the result of rampant economic discontent to impoverishment and inequality that produced Brexit and allowed to Donald Trump to arrive at the White House. To generate this stage of disintegration that threatens the nation States are problems to which the political leadership are slow to give effective answers: in the Middle East and the Maghreb, the challenge is to strike a new balance between politics and faith as well as in the West comes to heal the wounds caused by socio-economic globalization forced rhythms. The important thing is not to get caught unprepared in the face of this acceleration of history, because it affects our country, as evidenced by the chronicles the last year. The fragmentation of traditional political parties, the assertion of local identity bearers leading the protest movements arising from economic inequalities and the complex management of reception: are all signs of a change of the traditional social scenario from the unpredictable effects. Maurizio Molinari, after helping us understand the Western war motivated by Jihad, outlines in this book a new conflict that revolves around different tribes. From London to Erbil, from Washington to Rome, from Cairo to Jerusalem, from Dubai to Bratislava, describes a mutation towards tribalism, "a wind of disintegration that overwhelms not only the Arab world but sweeps Europe going beyond the English channel and the Atlantic, undermining the stability of the liberal system."
