Pizza maker course with Pizza News School at the Pizzeria Magic Restaurant in Asiago - Vicenza
On March 9, 2020,at the Restaurant Pizzeria Magia,will start a COURSE FOR PIZZAIOLI,aimed at those who aspire to become pizza makers or wish to improve their technique and their knowledge about the world of pizza.
The course will last 40 hours and will be held by pizza maker GABRIELE BOCCHIA,certified instructor of PIZZA NEWS SCHOOL.
The 40 hours of training include a theoretical part, which will provide participants with notions about meal, improvers, direct and indirect doughs, salt, oil, mozzarella, yeast, polish, ovens, filling and cooking pizza,and a practical part,during which Master Pizzaiolo Gabriele Bocchia will explain to the students how to prepare a good dough,spread the pizza with his hands, stuff it.
Participation in the course includes a work kit,including t-shirts, hats and aprons, and educational material concerning the theoretical part of the course, which will be delivered to each pizza maker. InaIL coverage will also be included for the duration of the training.
At the end of the course, the Pizzaiolo Diploma,theCertificate of Classic Pizza Specialization and the Certificate of Course Frequencywill be issued to the students. In addition, participants will be included in thePizza News School Register.
A great opportunity for aspiring pizza makers to turn their passion into the work of their lives, but also for pizza makers who already perform this mestriere to improve knowledge, method and techniques and amaze customers with better pizzas.
