Pumpkin dinner at Rifugio Val Formica, pumpkin, Asiago plateau on October 31, 2015
Saturday 31 December 2015 the Rifugio Val Ant, Asiago plateau, is waiting for "the pumpkin to the table", a theme dinner with Pumpkin dishes.
The upcoming event is the fourth round of a fall food and Wine Festival which has brought on the tables of the Refuge Val Ant local produce such as mushrooms of Larches and Venetian delicacies like Radicchio di Treviso.
The pumpkin, traditional seasonal food made famous thanks to its significance for the Halloweenparty, you can fill an entire menu, from appetizers to desserts, since many are its "virtue". Every dish is so tasty and healthy thanks to the numerous properties of its main ingredient: pumpkin.
On Friday evening, is devoted to traditional seafood menu, available (on request), also on Saturday. Booking is recommended.

- Cornetto wholemeal bread with pumpkin mousse and carne salada di Asiaso

- Homemade tagliolini pasta with squash and chestnuts
- Cream of pumpkin soup with Parmesan cream and Rosemary croutons

- Pork cheeks with pumpkin, raisins and pine nuts
- Seasonal vegetables
