On Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., the gym of the Roana Elementary Schools hosts a gymnastics match for the elderly.

The initiative is designed to promote the maintenance of physical fitness, joint mobility and general well-being through gentle exercises and motor activities suitable for the needs of older people. 

The constant practice of physical activity helps to preserve autonomy and quality of life, helping to maintain muscle tone, flexibility and vitality. 

A precious opportunity to take care of your body, improve balance and coordination and spend active time in a welcoming and stimulating environment.

The activity is subject to a fee.
