On Saturday 15 August 2026, LeMelette offer the E-Bike Experience - Gourmet Tour, a half-day experience designed for those who want to discover some of the most evocative trails of the Asiago Plateau by combining the pleasure of an e-bike excursion with the authentic flavors of the mountain tradition.
Accompanied by an AMI certified local guide, participants will pedal through woods, pastures and high-altitude views, immersing themselves in nature and landscapes that make this area unique.
The central moment of the experience will be lunch in a typical hut or malga, where you can taste local products and local specialties in an authentic and welcoming atmosphere.
In the afternoon we get back in the saddle to explore other evocative corners of the plateau, until the return to the Melette, with the satisfaction of those who have experienced an unforgettable day.
The experience is designed for those who want to experience the Asiago Plateau with all their senses, alternating outdoor activities, discovery of the area and good food.
No specific experience in using the e-bike is necessary: the guide will adapt the pace of the excursion to the group.
How it works
The morning begins at the E-Bike Welcome Desk of the Melette in Gallio, where participants are welcomed by the guide and receive all the information on the planned route.
For those who choose the Full Experience, the e-bike will be ready for departure.
From here the group will set off to discover the paths of the Plateau, crossing natural environments that change their face with the seasons: flowering meadows during the summer, woods rich in colors during the autumn and ever-changing views to admire along the way.

- 7 to 5 days before the booked date: full refund;
- from 4 to 3 days before the booked date: 80% refund;
- 2 days before the booked date: the full amount will be retained.
In the event of particularly adverse weather conditions on the day of the experience, the ticket will be converted into a voucher that can be used on another date.
