On the occasion of the Centenary from the Austro-Hungarian "Strafexpedition" spring offensive, theAltopiano di Asiago will devote two days to the memory of the tragic events that, a hundred years ago, involved our people and our territory.
Focus of the event will be the commemoration to be held Sunday, May 15 to Asiago and Gallium, in memory of the people, following the outbreak of the first bombs on villages, were forced to leave our lands and emigrate to distant countries.
The profugato, therefore, will be the common thread that bind the various initiatives taking place during these two days on theAsiago plateau: from the presentation of the book "My Country" by Giorgio Rigoni Candida, the theatrical show "Refugees ... we" edited 3 classes ^ dell'Istituto Comprensivo di Asiago.
