On Friday 25 July 2025, at 18:00, the Gym of the Primary School of Roana (Via Maggiore, 29) will host a relaxing appointment with yoga, organized by the Pro Loco of Roana.

It will be an ideal opportunity to regenerate body and mind: the lesson, open to all, will allow you to approach the practice of yoga with exercises suitable even for beginners.

Gentle movement, breathing control and awareness of one's body are the key elements of this millenary discipline, perfect for those who want to find balance and well-being, even on vacation.
