ROLL of OVI traditional festival of Easter Monday in gallium, Monday March 28, 2016

Monday, April 28, 2016, day of Easter Monday, at 13.00 hours, Piazza Italy in Gallium, will be held as usual the traditional festival roll of Ovi which provides a fun race to launch of hard-boiled eggs.

Groups of boys, from the churchyard of the parish church, launch, applause and fun people, colored boiled eggs on the square main Piazza Italy, challenging each other in length and precision shots.

A great fun for adults and children who annually gather in teams contending for the honour to write their own nicknames, that all Galliesi can boast, the trophy that remains perpetually exposed.

The roll of the Ovi represents one of the most widely heard in the country traditions of Gallium and annually attracts a large number of onlookers flocked to the event.

The race open only to the Galliesi of birth or residents, but tourists are welcome to attend this special and funny tradition plateau.

At the end of the event, will run the prize draw of the Lottery Pro parish Center.

Participants will automunirsi eggs. In case of bad weather the event will be moved to Sunday, April 3.
