Saturday, June 25 , 2022, Asiago will host the10th edition of Rose Dimenticate a day dedicated to ancient roses, to rediscover rare and forgotten varieties of the most beloved flower ever.
At 16:00 an interesting meeting is scheduled on ancient fragrant roses with a visit to the garden of the Simple in via Busa 106, in Asiago. Between the heady scent and the delicate colors of the flowers, enthusiasts and will not be able to discover many curiosities about the world of roses. Registration required.
Afterwards, at 19:30, at the table to rediscover the aromas and flavors of the rose garden at the Hotel al Bosco di Roana.

First courses: risotto with strawberries and roses, ravioli of good Enrico with butter and sage
Second: salmon trout with tarragon with savory potatoes and green beans with lemon balm
