TRIO ANDREA PALLADIO

The Trio ANDREA PALLADIO is an offshoot ofANDREA PALLADIO'S ORCHESTRA, vocal-instrumental group founded in Vicenza in 1989 by Henry Zahran (organist and harpsichordist). It is formed by instrumentalists and singers with many artistic experiences, solo and chamber musician and orchestral collection of international fame such as, Les Musiciens du Louvre, I Sonatori della Gioiosa Marca,Europa Galante, L'arte dell'arco, Concerto Koln, still collaborating with the choir and the Schola San Rocco di Vicenza Andrea Palladio.

TheOrchestra a. Palladio it is imposed from the beginning a strong personality and originality of musical choices to succeed with audiences and critics. Participates in important festivals and exhibitions nationally and internationally, often unpublished Venetian authors or setting up programmes offering scratch works eg. the pantomime of W.A. Mozart "Pantaloon and Columbine" presented in world premiere at the Operahause of Cairo.
The flexibility of staff allowed him to address a repertoire ranging from the trio sonata to sing with the choir and orchestra, not to mention the theatrical production.

He has recorded several CDS including w.p. (record company Discantica and Tactus) concerts by Giuseppe Sammartini for organ and orchestra, concert for violin and orchestra by Giovanni Meneghetti (1731-1794) with violinist Johann Wilhelm, the sonatas for harpsichord/organ and violin by G.B. Grazioli with violinist Enrico Casazza "motets and Psalms" by a. Big.

The repertoire ranges from the authors of the ' 600 in particular the Venetian music up to Mozart. From 2009 the Orchestra with Chorus a. Palladio undertook the complete performance of sacred work for soloists chorus and orchestra by g. f. Handel. He edited, among other things, the complete performance of entire collections of music including the Selva Morale e Spirituale of Monteverdi, the concerts of Vivaldi's L'estro Armonico concertos for strings by Baldassare Galuppi, concertos for harpsichord and strings by J.S. Bach.
