SAGRA DEL BACCALÀ-40 years, Gomarolo quality of Conco Asiago, from 7 to August 10, 2014
From Thursday 7 to Sunday 10 August 2014 at Gomarolo of Conco, Asiago plateau, will host the Festival of the Cod (or Grand Gala of Codfish) - 40 years of quality.
The hamlet of Gomarolo is located a few kilometres from Conco offers a tasty selection of traditional dishes , among which stands out the incredibly rich baccalà alla vicentina, excellent for his long and laborious preparation and the quality of the ingredients used.
