The Sagra del Sedano di Rubbio back on theAsiago plateau from Friday 8 to Sunday 10 September 2017 for four days full of flavor and fun.

The protagonist of this tasty event, white celery Rubbio, one of the most famous typical products of our territory.
The tasty and abundant present at the Festival with the food Stand will be made with this precious vegetable: one more opportunity that offers us l' Plateau to taste every traditional dish.

The days will also be alive with music, shows and the great gathering RUBBIO RALLY MEETING with sports cars years 80/90/2000!

A thousand meters above sea level the celery has a season of her own: once sowed with jackets protected from late January to March; Today the seedlings come from nurseries and are planted in the ground well worked and composted cattle manure or equine, as soon as the weather gives idea of having quieted, between May and June. • Hours 9.00: exposure of 30 ^ show Rubbio celery;
• 9.30a.m.: Holy Mass;
• Hours 12.00: opening of food stands;
• Hours 15.00: SS mass celebrated by the Vicar General of the Diocese of Padua Don Giuliano Zatti, with historical procession in honor of Mary as a child accompanied by Attilio Band Banda by Fontanelle;
• Hours 17.00: prize-giving ceremony of the best Rubbio Celery and traditional auction of samples exposed to view;
• Hours 20.30: dancing with the orchestra WILLIAM BOYS

• Ore 15.30: Reads aloud for kids "stories of sky and sea" organized by the Comitato Conco Library, with snack offered at the end of the activity
• Rubbio Rally Meeting -sports car gathering years 80/90/2000:
  -From 17.00 to 19.00-meeting near the big top next to the sports facilities for display of cars with welcome drink
  -Ore 19.30: departure for the route: Rubbio-Monte Corno – Gallium – Stoccareddo – Rock and back to Rubbio
  -21.00 Hours: back to the big top and dinner
