From Friday 5 to Monday, September 8 2014 in the hamlet of Rubbio onAsiago plateau held the traditional Sagra del Sedano di Rubbio.

It is four days full of fun and serenity, to spend with friends and family.

Protagonist of this tasty event is one of the most famous typical products of our land: the white Rubbio celery.

The present at the Festival through the food Stand are all based on this fine vegetable: a further opportunity offered to those who participate in the opportunity to savor the plateau from the gastronomic point of view.

The evening will also be animated by good music and some afternoons will see the unfolding of acreative activity for children and teens, as well as the now imperdibilthe football tournament and tresette.

A thousand meters of altitude the celery has a season all its own: at one time it brought in tanks protected from late January to March; Today the seedlings come from nurseries and are planted in the ground well composted manure and cattle or horse, as soon as the time gives idea of having quieted, between May and June.
