Wednesday, July 25, 2012, to celebrate the patron saint St. James, Lusiana there will be the traditional festival, an event that attracts many visitors every year.
The Feast of St. James, or feast of beef jerky, is a manifestation of all ' of gastronomic products typical of the area.
The stand offers the "Piatto della Tradizione" dry meat, goat's milk cheese, mushrooms, honey, tosella, caps and polenta, the menu also present at all locations of the country.
There will also be plenty of live music with groups Durban Poison and Ker L ' evrith.
Don't forget the ' extraction of the tombola and the customary Fireworks.
The Sunday that precedes or follows the July 25 is enriched by evocation of ancient crafts that bring to life scenes square time: you will see butchers smoke meat on wood fire, cheesemakers produce cheeses with alpine gear, housewives prepare sauerkraut according to ancient customs and still braiders tie straw and packing bags & hats, washerwomen do "lissia" and more.
