Historic hike: the English at the battle of Solstizio-Barental, Kaberlaba and San Sisto-Guide Asiago Plateau
THE PLATEAU IN THE GREAT WAR
Highland guides offer historical-naturalistic excursion the English at the battle of Solstizio-Barental, and San Sisto Kaberlaba Asiago plateau, Saturday August 22, 2015.
The hike is considered easy, even walking to walkers. This location is ideal for those who want to learn a little-known aspect of the great war, the Allied Intervention to defend the southern edge of the plateau, great barrier which contained the Imperial Army on the mountains people baluardo della pianura Veneta. Site membership by members of the group ensures an intimate knowledge of the proposals and a deeply respectful approach towards the environment and its history. Our guides are mountain professionals recognized and enrolled in the province of Vicenza; they propose to accompany busloads of people driving tours and excursions in the territory, as required by regional law n. 33 of 11/4/2002 and according to the laws of the professional bodies of which part.
