On the last evening of February, Canove di Roana will come alive with the roar and joy of Schella Marz, the ritual that announces the arrival of spring. The appointment is for Saturday 28 February 2026 at 20:30, with meeting at the Palazzetto Polifunzionale (Multifunctional Palace).

From here, equipped with compasses, pots and lids and more, young and old will walk through the streets of the town in a noisy and festive parade, animated by the enthusiasm of those who want to greet winter and wake up the new season in the most folkloristic way possible.

At the end of the evening, as per tradition, "se brusa la vecia", with the large symbolic bonfire that marks the end of winter and the renewal of the cycle of nature.

To further warm up the atmosphere, hot chocolate and mulled wine will be offered for everyone.

In order to ensure safety, it is recommended that children be accompanied by an adult.

An unmissable event, which carries on the ancient customs of the Asiago Plateau, giving everyone an evening of celebration, tradition and sharing!
